Job Description:

Meld Architects is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team.  Located in Cleveland's thriving Ohio City West 25th Market District, we are looking for a motivated individual to assist with design, coordination, and delivery of our residential, commercial, municipal, and historic preservation projects. We are looking for an optimistic and motivated individual who is independent and eager to take ownership of their work. We are a small firm, and we value collaboration, communication, and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.  We offer flexible hours and options for part time work-from-home.

Your Role:

Work will involve all aspects of the architectural design process, from programming and schematic design through construction administration and project closeout. You will report to Meld’s Principals and will work closely with all members of Meld’s team.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

• Professional Degree of Architecture required (BA or MA)

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of rendering programs such as Lumion preferred

• Experience with detail drawings and all aspects of Construction Document production

• Good verbal and written communication skills
