Located in the historic Fireblocks District in Dayton, Ohio, the Huffman Building is a 4-story brick building with terra cotta details and octagonal concrete mushroom columns. Meld worked with The Windsor Companies to convert the former commercial and educational building into 72 market-rate apartments. The first floor contains space for numerous commercial tenants along with a generous tenant lobby. Project financing included state and federal historic tax credits and the first tenants were welcomed in May of 2020.
