Located in Cleveland’s historic Warehouse District, the Bloch Building on West 9th Street has been waiting for redevelopment for nearly 20 years. Meld is working with Streak Investments to convert the space into three floors of luxury apartments. New stairs, elevator, and exterior balconies will be added along with amenities including a fitness room, pet wash, and dedicated bicycle storage. First floor and basement spaces will be updated to attract new restaurant or retail clients and the main elevation will be stabilized and updated.
