Meld was hired by Midwest Development Partners to study possible layouts for a new rooftop bar on an existing historic building in downtown Cleveland. Meld presented three Schematic Design options for the rooftop, which has exceptional views of Progressive Field. The bar includes new elevator and stair access, a covered bar area, and accessible restrooms.
